Mandaveli 3BHK Residence — Warm Teak & Ivory Turnkey Interior Scope

Project scope & architectural description.

Designed for a multi-generational family residence in Mandaveli, Chennai, this turnkey interior execution balances traditional South Indian warmth with clutter-free modern ergonomics. Starting from the entrance threshold, a custom vertical-slat teak and fluted-glass foyer partition screens the living zone while concealing the main electrical DB box and housing a ventilated shoe bench.

The living-dining hall flows seamlessly beneath a peripheral Saint-Gobain gypsum cove ceiling with Orbit linear LED profile channels. In the kitchen, a parallel wet-and-dry layout built entirely from calibrated IS:710 BWP marine plywood separates heavy vessel washing from the hob and tandem drawer cooking zone. A dedicated carved wooden pooja mandapam with brass bells anchors the spiritual corner of the home, while all three bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling BWR plywood wardrobes with seamless overhead lofts.
