Step 1: Floor Plan Review & Showroom Consultation (60–90 Days Before Handover)
As soon as you have your builder’s dimensioned floor plan, visit our showroom at 181, R.K. Mutt Road, Mandaveli. We map out furniture placement, wardrobe lengths, kitchen work-triangle zones and pooja room orientation while you touch and compare actual BWP plywood, laminate, acrylic and hardware samples.
Step 2: On-Site Laser Measurement & Electrical/Plumbing Audit (Upon Key Handover)
Actual brick-to-brick dimensions on site always vary slightly from builder brochures. Our engineers measure every wall, beam drop, window sill and plumbing point on site.
Step 3: 3D Visualisation & Itemised BOQ Sign-Off (Week 1–2)
We review 3D views of every room alongside the exact laminate/acrylic shade codes and a transparent Bill of Quantities so your budget is locked before fabrication starts.
Step 4: Civil, Electrical Shifting, AC Piping & False Ceiling Framing (Week 2–4)
All dusty work—shifting electrical points, concealing AC copper pipes, kitchen granite/quartz modifications and gypsum false ceiling framing—is completed first while your modular cabinetry is being fabricated.
Step 5: Modular & Custom Carpentry Installation (Week 4–7)
Kitchen carcasses, wardrobes, lofts, TV units, pooja mandapam and foyer partitions are assembled and aligned with soft-close hardware and glass fittings.
Step 6: Final Painting Coat, Profile Lighting & Deep-Cleaned Handover (Week 7–8)
After woodwork is complete, the final coat of wall emulsion is applied, all lights and appliances are tested, and the apartment is deep-cleaned for your move-in.
